Welcome to Mythical Equines!

What Are We?
This is a club dedicated to showcasing art from artists of all skill levels with the subject theme of fantastical equines: anything from unicorns to pegasi to warhorses! To join, you don't have to draw equines, submit art or do anything - just share a love for them!

Feel free to watch this group for weekly submissions of artwork from artists of all skill levels and sorts!

How Do I Join?
If you'd like to become a member of this group, note the club and I will happily add you (please avoid leaving the subject blank)! You will receive a reply thanking you for joining ~mythical-equines.
If your note is not answered, please do not send it again. All notes are read and replied to. If yours isn't, then I haven't gotten around to checking them just yet - be patient!

Once you have received the note that you have been accepted, please also put a link in your signature or in your journal - it would be appreciated, but it isn't mandatory! (To find out how to link on deviantART, go here: FAQ #81: How can I make links to other deviants, deviations, or websites?)

How Do I Submit Art?
If you would like to submit art to this club, please note the group with links to the pieces in your gallery you would like included. I will upload it in the next major upload, which will be every week. However, please limit yourself to five submissions each week to keep each submission at a manageable amount.

What Can I Submit?
Feel free to submit nearly anything related to the club's theme in any medium:
- Pencil
- Water Color
- Digital Work
- Painting
- Photo Manipulation
- Sculptures
- Breyer Custom Paint Jobs or Resculpts

There are a few standards I would like you to be aware of when submitting art.
Please submit work that you are proud of the art. If you feel like you could have done better, or are not so happy with it - rework it before submitting it or don't.
Do not submit 'works-in-progress.' They will not be accepted; only finished pieces, please.

Please Note: All photography used in manipulations must be your own! Also, if the idea was inspired or taken directly from another image, we will see if you have a link back to that person. If not, we will not accept the artwork for it may be considered a violation of copyright.

Please do not favourite any pictures in the Mythical Equines gallery! A link will be provided with each piece to the artist's gallery and their work, so please favourite it there!!
